Operating condition

 Temperatures of each section: T1=145ºC  T2=150ºC  T3=155ºC  T4=155ºC

 Open traces presses:60-70Mpa

 Second rolling:30-40Mpa           

 Third rolling:35Mpa                          

 Feeding presses:110Mpa      

 Back pressure: 20-30Mpa

The TR1661 granules, with better quality than TPR, are applied to production of shoe insoles, tool handles, toys, suckers and dolls.We can make different hardness or density of TR compounds according to customer's need.
